LIET Hyderabad is set to start its admission process for engineering courses. For B.Tech admissions, the application window for TS EAMCET 2024 opens on February 26, and the last date to apply with no late fee is April 6, 2024. The examination has been scheduled from May 9 to 12, 2024.

Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology (commonly known as LIET Hyderabad), founded in 2002, is one of the leading private Engineering institutes in Hyderabad, Telangana. The University Grants Commission recently renewed the Institute's 'Autonomous' status (UGC). BE at LIET Hyderabad - Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology provides a four-year B.E. curriculum in six fields. Admission to the program will be granted based on the results of the Telangana Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS-EAMCET), which JNTU will administer on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).

Candidates must have a 10+2 grade point average of at least 45 per cent (40 per cent for the reserved category) in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as their core subjects.

M.E, M.Tech, and MBA at LIET Hyderabad - LIET Hyderabad also admits students to M.E. or M.Tech and MBA programs if they have a valid score in the TS PGECET and TS ICET, respectively. Candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in any specialisation with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university are eligible for the MBA program, whilst BE, or B.Tech degree holders are eligible for the M.Tech program.

M.B.A. at LIET Hyderabad - Admission to the MBA program in LIET Hyderabad is through the TS-ICET, administered by Kakatiya University, Warangal, on behalf of TSCHE. Similarly, candidates are admitted to an M.Tech course via the TS-PGECET, administered by Osmania University on behalf of TSCHE. Aside from the TS PGECET result, GATE score holders will be given priority for admission to the M.Tech degree.

LIET Department of Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering at LIET Hyderabad provide students with solid expertise in modern design methods, production, analysis, quality control, optimisation, and resource management. Recognising the need for interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research and instruction in Engineering Science, the Electronics and Communication Engineering department of LIET Hyderabad was founded in 2003 with a fair balance of theory and practical work. The Department is led by Dr Mohammed Jabirullah and a team of experienced faculty members who integrate subject research across the traditional boundaries of engineering specialities.
